1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

• Expired product received
1.2 Products NOT Eligible for Return
• Opened, used, or tampered products
• Products without original packaging and invoice
• Items purchased under special promotions or clearance sales

2. Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

2. Provide Details: Share your order number, product images, and reason for return.
3. Approval & Pickup: Once approved, we will arrange a return pickup or guide you on how to ship the product back.
4. Inspection & Confirmation: After receiving the product, our team will inspect it and update you on the next steps.
3. Refund Policy
• Refunds are processed only for eligible returns.
• Refunds will be credited via the original payment method within 10 business days after approval.
• In case of COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
• Shipping charges and COD fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
4. Exchange Policy
• Exchanges are allowed only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
• If the same product is unavailable, you may opt for a replacement of equal value.
5. Order Cancellations
• Orders can be canceled before shipping.
• Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
